1. Driving and Transmission system:

1.2 Wire rope hoist: composed of base, roller, gear reducer and conical brake lifting motor.

1.3 Omron safety sensor is installed onto the end of steel cord for safety. (No sensor).

1.4 Stopper is installed onto the roller to control opening and closing limit. (Mechanical Limited).

1.5 Two lifting points are made at the bottom skeleton for emergency hoisting in case of system failure.

2. Control system:Schneider system

2.1 When not working, the control system can keep motor self-locking .

2.2 In-built stopper control the opening and closing at the set limit of top and bottom.

2.3 Two control boxes for one door, installed at both outside and inside .

3. Door curtain:

1.0-1.5mm thickness, commonly used color: blue, yellow, green, red, white

4. Steel structure:

4.2 Guide Rail:double hot-dip galvanized I-beam.

5. Seal structure:

Rubber seal structure is installed onto bottom of door panel. Guide rails are sealed with PVC fabric and color steel tile.

The seal structure can prevent insects or dust.
